Programme included quartets by Mendelssohn and Bridge as well as Mendelssohn’s Octet in E-flat major, op. 20.
The Hampden Quartet was delighted to be joined by violinists Eloisa-Fleur Thom and Esther King Smith, violist Stephanie Edmundson and cellist Rebecca Herman.
